Palm Desert - 2016

THURSDAY (8/18)

ROAD TRIP!!! It's our 3rd annual staycation in Palm Desert, 2016. We included Brayden to our trip this year. We were surprisingly able to fit him and all of our luggage into Anne's Honda Pilot!

We're here! It took us exactly two hours to make it to our destination: The Marriott Desert Springs Villas.

My godson and little photo bomber :)

Waiting for our rooms. I think they're texting each other... jk

The view from our room. This weekend would be pushing around 105 degrees.

Frosty and Belle were able to join us this weekend too :)

Yes, this is how Madison smiles in most of her pictures.

Mommy and Dada! LOL

Pool time! The only way to stay cool in the desert.

Our Hello Kitty popsicles were a hit with the kids.

Brayden on top of the couch for the millionth time. We all went to the Palm Springs Villagefest that evening. Sorry no pictures :(

Madison being silly like always LOL

FRIDAY (8/19)

Peet and Trinh make an awesome breakfast for all of us Friday morning.

We all disbursed Friday afternoon. Gym, pool, shopping, casino and lounging. That evening we had the opportunity to find out if Linda and Kris are having a boy or girl.

It's a boy! Congratulations you two :)

As for myself, I already have two girls. FYI I'm not on Snapchat.

The Walls and Barbers were able to join us tonight.

SATURDAY (8/20)

We all had dinner together at La Bella Cucina Saturday evening.

Lily really enjoyed the minestrone soup.

I was surprised they were able to fit our whole party! Afterwards we played beer pong until nearly 3am.

SUNDAY (8/21)

We all slept in Sunday morning and had Thai food for lunch in our villa. We left Palm Desert around 3pm and drove straight to Orange County to celebrate my dad's birthday at Seafood Cove.

They always enjoy each other's company :)

Happy 35th Birthday Grandpa!

Another family fun filled weekend in the books :)
